Sensors and sensing systems play a crucial role in the implementation of feedback con-trol and, therefore, realizing autonomous systems. This group will focus its activities on the research and development of state-of-the-art sensing systems like laser, optical, RF (Radar and MIMO systems) etc. It will also work on the development of new sensors and sensing technologies.
