The core of intelligence is built around embedded systems ranging from simple microcontrollers to FPGA and SoC. Various different hardware and software technologies are combined to realize an embedded system. In fact, a simple machine takes the shape of a modern intelligent and interactive system because of the embedded system controlling it. This group will work on the design and development of the complete embedded systems; hardware, software, firmware; required for the intelligent systems under development in the center. This group will closely interact with the other groups to figure out the design requirements. As the developed embedded system will act as the core of a system under development, therefore this group will also work as a subset of the autonomous systems group mentioned above for the whole system design and integration.
